Sweet P's Banana Popsicles

I know summer is almost over (and trust me this is one pregnant mama that is super excited about the lower temperatures fall brings), but that doesn't mean popsicle season is over! We are all about popsicles around here and while we make them as simple as possible (no store bought fruit juice, added sugar or artificial coloring), they are so so good. Most of my recipes are so easy that Sweet P can make them. And she does.

The Recipe: Sweet P's Banana Popsicles

What you need:
1 overripe banana (don't wanna waste the good ones!)
1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
4 tbsp plain yogurt

Chop banana and place in mini (or large) food processor.
Add 1 tbsp of peanut/almond butter and 4 tbsp plain yogurt. Pulse until well-combined.
Pour into popsicle molds, add sticks and freeze for at least 3 hours.
Serve!

I think banana might be Sweet P's favorite, although she's partial to watermelon, too. These are my favorite because we always have the ingredients on hand (because it never fails that one banana doesn't quite make it) and they taste SO good!
